Your current age in years.
PSA level (ng/mL)
Your total PSA blood test result in ng/mL.
Prostate volume (cc)
Prostate volume from ultrasound in cubic centimeters (cc). Average is ~30cc.
Prior PSA (ng/mL)
Previous PSA result for velocity calculation. Leave 0 if unknown.
Months since prior test
Time between the prior and current PSA tests.
Free PSA (%)
Percentage of free (unbound) PSA. Lower values raise cancer suspicion.

Composite risk score combining PSA level, density, velocity, and free PSA.
Age-normal PSA limit (ng/mL)
Upper limit of normal PSA for your age group.
Above age normal? (1=Yes)
1 if your PSA exceeds the age-specific reference range.
PSA density (ng/mL/cc)
PSA divided by prostate volume. Below 0.15 is generally normal.
Density normal? (1=Yes)
1 if PSA density is below the 0.15 threshold.
PSA velocity (ng/mL/yr)
Rate of PSA change per year. Over 0.75 is concerning.
Velocity concerning? (1=Yes)
