- Target Retirement Age — The age at which you plan to retire. Use the slider for quick adjustments or type a precise value. Accepts values from 50 to 75 (default: 65).
- Life Expectancy — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 70 to 110 (default: 90).
- Your Annual Income — Your total yearly income. Accepts values from $0 to $2,000,000 (default: $100,000).
- Current Traditional 401(k)/IRA — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000,000 (default: $50,000).
- Current Roth IRA/401(k) — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000,000 (default: $25,000).
- Current Taxable Investments — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000,000 (default: $10,000).
- 401(k) Contribution Rate — Percentage of salary contributed to 401(k) Use the slider for quick adjustments or type a precise value. Accepts values from 0 % to 30 % (default: 10 %).
- Roth IRA (Monthly) — enter a dollar amount. Use the slider for quick adjustments or type a precise value. Accepts values from $0 to $700 (default: $500).
- Taxable Savings (Monthly) — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000 (default: $200).

- Desired Annual Retirement Income — enter a dollar amount. Use the slider for quick adjustments or type a precise value. Accepts values from $30,000 to $200,000 (default: $80,000).
- Social Security Start Age — enter your preferred option from the dropdown. Choose from: 62 (reduced benefits), 65, 67 (full retirement age), 70 (maximum benefits). default: 67.
- Expand "Advanced Options" for additional fine-tuning. These optional inputs let you model more specific scenarios:
- Annual Pension Income — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $200,000 (default: $0).
- Pre-Retirement Return — enter a percentage value. Accepts values from 0 % to 15 % (default: 7 %).
- Post-Retirement Return — enter a percentage value. Accepts values from 0 % to 10 % (default: 5 %).
- Inflation Rate — Expected annual inflation rate. Accepts values from 0 % to 10 % (default: 2.5 %).
- Safe Withdrawal Rate — Traditional rule is 4% Accepts values from 2 % to 6 % (default: 4 %).
- Spouse Age — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 18 to 80 (default: 35).
- Spouse Annual Income — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $2,000,000 (default: $0).
- Spouse Traditional 401(k)/IRA — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000,000 (default: $0).
- Spouse Roth IRA/401(k) — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $10,000,000 (default: $0).
- Spouse 401(k) Contribution — enter a percentage value. Accepts values from 0 % to 100 % (default: 0 %).
