How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter Room Length and Room Width in feet — measure the usable floor area, not walls.
  2. Choose the Table Type: Round (60"/8 seats), Rectangular (8 ft/8 seats), or Cocktail Highboy (4 seats).
  3. Set the Aisle Width in feet — at least 4 ft between tables for comfortable guest movement.
  4. Review Max Guests and Max Tables to verify the room can hold your planned attendance.
  5. Check Dance Floor Area and Remaining Free Space to confirm you have room for entertainment and circulation.
