How to Use This Calculator
- Enter the number of respondents who selected each point on the 5-point scale: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, and Strongly Agree.
- Total Responses updates automatically as the sum of the five counts you enter.
- Review the Mean Score and Median Score for the central tendency of responses.
- Check the Standard Deviation to see how spread out the responses are.
- Use the Top-Box (4+5) and Bottom-Box (1+2) percentages, along with the Response Distribution chart, to gauge overall agreement or disagreement.
