Enter the Pupil Height in mm — the distance from the bottom of the lens opening to the center of the pupil (measured by your optician).
Enter the Frame Height (B measurement) in mm — the vertical dimension of the frame's lens opening.
Enter the Reading Add Power from your prescription in diopters (the ADD value, e.g., +2.00 D).
