- Enter the child's age in months (0–216) to tailor guidance to the child's developmental stage.
- Set the Caries risk level (1 = low, 2 = moderate, 3 = high) based on clinical assessment and risk factors.
- Indicate whether the child uses a bottle or sippy cup with sugary liquids (0 = No, 1 = Yes) and whether a non-nutritive habit is present (0 = No, 1 = Yes).
- Rate brushing independence (0 = parent brushes, 1 = child with supervision, 2 = independent).
- Review the prioritized counseling scores (0–10) for each topic — higher scores indicate more relevant areas — plus the Recommended recall interval in months.
