- Enter the child's age in months and Frankl behavior rating (1 = definitely negative to 4 = definitely positive).
- Set Procedure urgency (1 = elective, 2 = urgent, 3 = emergency), Procedure complexity (1 = simple to 3 = complex), and Safety risk level (1 = low to 3 = high movement risk).
- Indicate whether Special healthcare needs are present and how many Previous failed attempts without stabilization have occurred.
- Review the Stabilization need score (0–100) and Recommended type (0 = not indicated, 1 = active/staff holding, 2 = passive/papoose, 3 = mouth prop, 4 = consider sedation/GA).
