How the result changes with Hours at workstation

Upper arm posture (1-4): 1=<20 deg, 2=20-45, 3=45-90, 4=>90 degrees flexion.
Lower arm posture (1-3): 1=60-100 deg, 2=<60 or >100, 3=crossing midline.
Wrist posture (1-4): 1=neutral, 2=0-15 deg, 3=>15 deg, 4=with twist.
Neck posture (1-4): 1=0-10 deg, 2=10-20, 3=>20 deg flexion, 4=extension.
Trunk posture (1-4): 1=supported/upright, 2=0-20, 3=20-60, 4=>60 deg.
