How the result changes with Salary Cap ($M)

Salary Cap ($M): League salary cap in millions (NFL ~$255M, NBA ~$140M).
Active Contracts ($M): Total active roster contract obligations in millions.
Dead Money ($M): Dead cap from cut/traded players still counting against the cap.
Player Salary ($M): Annual cap hit for the player being evaluated.
Player WAR / Value: Player's expected Wins Above Replacement or equivalent value.
