Pool Length
Length of the pool in meters. SWOLF is typically measured per length.
Time per Length
Time to swim one length in seconds. Start counting from push-off to wall touch.
Strokes per Length
Number of strokes for one length. Count each arm entry. Lower strokes generally means better efficiency.
