Height jumped vertically out of the water from eggbeater kick. Elite level is 60-70cm.
25m sprint swim (seconds)
Time to sprint 25 meters freestyle. Top players do this in ~11 seconds.
Weighted treading (seconds)
Duration holding a weight (e.g., 5kg plate) above the water while eggbeater treading.
