How to Use This Calculator

- Select the finish level from 1 (ground) to 4 (high-polish, 3000 grit).
- Enter the production rate in sq ft/hr for your grinding machine.
- Enter the densifier coverage rate from the product data sheet.
- Review the total passes, machine hours, and material quantities needed to plan the job.

- Total concrete floor area to polish.
- Finish level (1-4)
- 1=Ground, 2=Honed (400g), 3=Polished (800g), 4=High-polish (3000g).
- Production rate
- Grinding speed per pass (1500-2500 for 25" machine).
- Densifier coverage
- Densifier coverage rate (200-400 depending on porosity).
- Apply stain (0/1)
- 1 = apply concrete dye/stain, 0 = natural concrete color.
