What each input means
- Produce Weight
- Total weight of fresh produce to be canned in pounds.
- Jar Size

- Packing Method
- 1 = Raw pack (60% fill factor — food shrinks during processing), 2 = Hot pack (75% fill factor — pre-cooked food packs tighter).
