How to Use This Calculator

  2. Unit System — Measurement system (imperial or metric). Choose from: Imperial (lbs, ft/in), Metric (kg, cm). default: 0.
  3. Gender — Biological sex for calculation accuracy. Choose from: Male, Female. default: 0.
  4. Age — Age in years. Accepts values from 15 years to 100 years (default: 30 years).
  5. Weight — Your current body weight Accepts values from 50 lbs to 500 lbs (default: 170 lbs).
  6. Height (feet) — Height in feet. Accepts values from 3 ft to 8 ft (default: 5 ft).
  7. Height (inches) — Additional inches beyond feet. Accepts values from 0 in to 11 in (default: 10 in).
