How to Use This Calculator

  2. Age — Your age in years. Accepts values from 15 years to 100 years (default: 30 years).
  3. Resting Heart Rate — Your resting heart rate in beats per minute. Accepts values from 30 bpm to 120 bpm (default: 60 bpm).
