How to Use This Calculator
  1. Enter your Target Attendance — the number of guests you actually want to show up.
  2. Set the Expected Acceptance Rate (%) based on your guest mix; casual parties run 60–70%, formal events 75–85%.
  3. Enter the Plus-Ones Percentage to account for guests bringing partners.
  4. Read Invitations to Send as your mailing quantity — this is higher than your target to offset declines.
  5. Use Estimated Total Headcount and the low/high Headcount Range to plan food, seating, and venue capacity.
