  3. Current Age — Your current age in years. Accepts values from 0 to 100 (default: 40).
  4. Gender — Biological sex for calculation accuracy. Choose from: Male, Female. default: 0.
  5. Smoking Status — enter your preferred option from the dropdown. Choose from: Non-Smoker, Smoker. default: 0.
  6. Exercise Level — enter your preferred option from the dropdown. Choose from: None/Sedentary, Moderate, High/Active. default: 1.
  7. BMI — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 15 to 50 (default: 25).
  8. Family Health History — enter your preferred option from the dropdown. Choose from: No major issues, Some issues, Significant issues. default: 0.
  9. Age — Age in years. Accepts values from 0 to 100 (default: 40).
  10. Gender — enter your preferred option from the dropdown. Choose from: Male, Female. default: 0.
  11. Death Benefit — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $10,000 to $10,000,000 (default: $100,000).
  12. Current Age — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 18 to 80 (default: 40).
  13. Policy Age (years) — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 0 to 50 (default: 5).
  14. Annual Premium — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $100 to $50,000 (default: $1,500).
  15. Interest Rate — Annual interest rate as a percentage. Accepts values from 1 % to 10 % (default: 4 %).
  16. Earned Premium — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $100,000 to $100,000,000 (default: $1,000,000).
  17. Incurred Losses — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $100,000,000 (default: $650,000).
  18. Loss Adjustment Expenses — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $50,000,000 (default: $100,000).
  19. Underwriting Expenses — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $0 to $50,000,000 (default: $200,000).
  20. Portfolio Size (policies) — enter a numeric value. Accepts values from 10 to 100,000 (default: 1,000).
  21. Average Premium — enter a dollar amount. Accepts values from $100 to $50,000 (default: $1,000).
  22. Expected Loss Ratio — enter a number in %. Accepts values from 30 % to 90 % (default: 65 %).
  23. Loss Volatility (Std Dev) — enter a number in %. Accepts values from 5 % to 50 % (default: 20 %).
