How to Use This Calculator
- Start by filling in the input fields below. Results update instantly as you type, so you can experiment with different values to see how they affect the outcome.
- Room Length — Length of the event room in feet. Accepts values from 10 ft to 500 ft (default: 60 ft).
- Room Width — Width of the event room in feet. Accepts values from 10 ft to 500 ft (default: 40 ft).
- Table Type — Type of table to use for seating. Choose from: Round (60" / 8 seats), Rectangular (8' / 8 seats), Cocktail Highboy (4 seats). default: 1.
- Aisle Width — Minimum space between tables for guest movement. Accepts values from 2 ft to 8 ft (default: 4 ft).
